MATTAPAN, Mass. — A man has died after a shooting in Mattapan Wednesday night, Boston Police say.
Police responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the area of Blue Hill Avenue and Walk Hill Street just before 11 p.m. Wednesday where they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The man was taken to the hospital where he later died.
Boston Police are investigating. Anyone with information should call police.
