HANOVER, Mass. — A Maine man was arrested on Sunday morning for allegedly harassing a teenage victim and exposing himself to her in a parking lot.
Justin S. Graves of 219 Deering Neighborhood Road in Springvale, Maine, was charged with one count of open and gross lewdness, possession of a Class E drug, two counts of possession of a Class B drug, two counts of possession of a Class D drug, and two counts of possession with intent to distribute a Class D drug.
According to Hanover Police, officers responding to the area of Hanover Crossing around 10:08 a.m. for a report of a suspicious man following a female found a 17-year-old victim who said while she was sitting in her car, a man in a white pickup truck pulled up next too her and exposed himself.
The man, later identified as Graves, allegedly then got back in his truck and drove circles around the victim’s car, honking his horn and trying to get the victim’s attention.
Graves then drove away and parked at a neighboring business.
The victim gave responding officers a description and a photograph of the truck. Police then located the truck, with Graves still inside, still on the property, and took him into custody.
Graves was held on $10,000 cash bail and arraigned in Hingham District Court Monday morning.
He will be back in court on February 11 for a pretrial hearing.
