LOWELL, Mass. — Police in Lowell have located a 52-year-old woman who had gone missing after last being seen on Varnum Avenue in the city.
That woman, identified as Ginger Hughes, is described as white with long blonde hair and standing 5-foot-5. She had last been seen wearing a light blue shirt with khaki shorts and dark-colored sandals.
Anyone with information on Hughes’ whereabouts was asked to call Lowell Police at 978-937-3200.
