House fire prompts closure of Concord neighborhood

CONCORD, Mass. — A busy neighborhood in Concord was closed Monday morning due to a house fire.

Emergency crews were battling the blaze at a multi-story structure in the area of 1346 Main Street.

Aerial video showed multiple fire trucks with ladders extended and firefighters working on the roof of the home.

The Concord Police Department said that Main Street, Conant Street, and Keyes Road would be “indefinitely closed” to through traffic.

Motorists are urged to seek alternate routes around the scene of the fire.
