‘Grab me a glazed’: Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez star in Dunkin’ Super Bowl commercial

MEDFORD, Mass. — As if Ben Affleck wasn’t already enough of a Boston legend.

The famous actor and Boston-area native was in maybe his brightest spotlight yet- the Super Bowl.

In a new Dunkin’ commercial that aired during the big game on Sunday night, Affleck is seen taking orders from a drive-thru window in Medford.

“One second, I’m trying to find the bagels,” Affleck said at one point at customers rolled through to pick up their orders.

Jennifer Lopez also made an appearance in the coffee shop’s first-ever Super Bowl spot.

Lopez pulled up to the window and asked Affleck, “What are you doing here? Is this what you do when you say you’re going to work all day?”

Affleck then tells his coworkers that he’s “got to go” and Lopez says, “Grab me a glazed.”

On Monday, Dunkin released outtakes from the commercial showing even more funny moments with Affleck that didn’t make the 30-second cut that aired Sunday.

Even though the commercial only just aired on TV, many in town have been talking about this since Affleck and his wife Jennifer Lopez came here to shoot this ad a few weeks ago.

“I was really upset that I didn’t go that day actually, a lot of my coworkers did go and actually got to see him so it was wild,” said Ray.
