BOSTON — Fidelity Investments says its systems “are now up and running” after the company experienced issues with its website, Active Trader Pro and mobile apps on Tuesday.
“There was a temporary issue impacting Fidelity platforms today, August 15. Systems are now up and running. Be assured, your assets and information are secure,” the company said in a tweet shortly before 5 p.m. Tuesday. “We apologize for any inconvenience.”

Earlier Tuesday, customers were “experiencing issues” with Fidelity’s website and mobile apps, the company said.
Further details on the cause of the issues were not immediately available.
