Foxboro, Mass — It’s been a long time since Taylor Swift has visited the first NFL stadium she ever headlined.
Whether you’re a Patriots season ticket holder that’s heard their teenage daughter sing “Anti-Hero” a few too many times or a lifelong Swiftie heading to Gillette for the first time since “Reputation”, it pays to be prepared.
Here’s everything you need to know before Taylor lights up Foxboro on May 19, 20, and 21.
It’s no secret that Route 1 is a headache to navigate for events at Gillette. Even though stadium officials are working to alleviate the struggle, leave plenty of time to get to Foxboro. Especially if you’re heading to the Friday show, which will coincide with the evening commute.
All stadium lots will open for parking at 2:30 p.m.
Oversized vehicles can park in Lot 52.
Anyone not holding an event ticket will not be able to access and park in the stadium lots.

PARKING
One big change this year is all parking on the stadium side of Route 1 is prepaid pass holders only. That means you’ll need to plan ahead and pay in advance. The stadium says this will help separate the traffic going into the general lots on the opposite side, which will have free parking.
ENTERING GILLETTE
Gates will open at 4:30 p.m.
Swifites with field-level seats should enter via the Enel Plaza only. Club and suite ticketholders should enter via the E1, E2, W1, W2, W3 or W4 entrances. Everyone else can center through the Ticketmaster, Bank of America and CVS Health Gates.
Bags larger than small wristlets or handheld wallets will not be allowed inside the stadium. The only options to getting a bag in Gillette is if it is a clear plastic bag the size of a one-gallon Ziploc bag, a clear plastic vinyl or PVC bag that does not exceed 12″ x 12″ x 6,” or a small wristlet or handheld wallet not exceeding 6.5″ x 4.5″.
Backpacks and bags larger than the permitted size will not be allowed even if they are clear. Gillette will also not save the items for you. Leave them in the car if you don’t want to throw them away.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
GoPro/video cameras, tripods/monopods, professional cameras and cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks, strollers, backpacks, lasers, umbrellas, outside food and beverage, balloons, beach balls, noisemakers and any items deemed dangerous and/or inappropriate by stadium management are not allowed inside Gillette Stadium.
You may bring a sign as long as it is smaller than 11″ x 17″. Lights and battery packs are not permitted either.
TICKETS
Gillette Stadium is a digital ticket venue. Fans can access and manage their tickets through the Gillette Stadium app. Fans are strongly encouraged to add their mobile tickets to their Apple Pay or Google Pay accounts prior to arriving at the ticketing gates.
If you were lucky enough to snag a ticket the train from South Station departs at 4:05, Back Bay at 4:10 and will arrive at Gillette at 5:05. The Providence train line will also depart for Gillette at 4:05 p.m.
Trains will depart from Gillette 30 minutes after the concert ends.
RIDESHARE AND TAXI SPOTS
Gillette Stadium’s designated rideshare drop-off and pick-up location is in Lot 15 adjacent to Bass Pro Shops. Gillette Stadium also has a designated taxi stand location in Lot 6A on the east side of the stadium. Taxis are first-come first-served.
NO CASH
Gillette is a cashless venue now. All sales are now only accepted through electronic payment, including debit and credit cards, wallet, or watch. There are machines that convert cash to cards in the venue should you need them.
Taylor’s show is just the first of several concerts scheduled for Gillette’s record-breaking summer.
