BOSTON — There are still dozens of communities in Massachusetts in need of poll workers for Election Day.
According to the Secretary of State, teens as young as 16 can register and staff a polling place with supervision.
This year, there will be extra help needed sanitizing booths and monitoring social distancing.
Towns in need of poll workers:
Essex County: Gloucester, Haverhill, Lawrence, Saugus
Hampden County: Springfield, Wales, West Springfield, Westfield
Hampshire County: Huntington, Pelham
Middlesex County: Lowell, Pepperell, Shirley, Stoneham, Townsend, Watertown, Wayland
Norfolk County: Walpole
Plymouth County: Brockton, Plymouth, Wareham
Suffolk County: Revere, Winthrop
Worcester County: Ashburnham, Athol, Worcester
