Car crashes into pet store in West Roxbury

BOSTON — A car crashed into a pet store in West Roxbury Tuesday afternoon.

Video from Sky25 showed a hole in the side of Pet Supplies Plus, located at 1665 VFW Parkway.

In a statement, the company said it has temporarily closed its West Roxbury store while it repairs the damage.

“Thankfully, no pets, neighbors or team members were injured, including the driver,” the statement continued.

Pet Supplies Plus has locations in Waltham, Quincy, Medford and Natick.
