FOXBORO, Mass. — Beyoncé announced Wednesday that she is bringing her “Renaissance” world tour to Massachusetts.
The superstar is scheduled to begin the tour in Europe in May before coming to North America in July.
The tour will visit 40 cities across the world, including Foxboro, Massachusetts, where Beyoncé will play a show at Gillette Stadium on Tuesday, Aug. 1.
A date for when tickets go on sale hasn’t been announced, but Gillette Stadium urged the public to register to become a Verified Fan on Ticketmaster in advance.
“Renaissance,” Beyoncé's seventh album, was released in July.
The tour will also make stops in other American cities including Detroit, East Rutherford, Charlotte, Tampa, St. Louis, San Francisco, Inglewood, Philadelphia, Nashville, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and New Orleans.
