BOSTON — Three restaurants in New England, including two that call Boston home, have been named among the very best eateries in the United States.
OpenTable recently revealed its list of the “Top 100 Most Beloved Restaurants in America for 2022″ after analyzing more than 13 million reviews from restaurants across America -- all of which were submitted by foodies.
An array of diverse restaurants in 47 cities from Hawaii to Maine made this year’s list.
“The result is a selection of spots across the country that leave a lasting impression,” OpenTable said.
Abe & Louie’s and Atlantic Fish in Boston’s Back Bay were named among the top 100, each earning 4.5-star ratings based on thousands of reviews shared by diners.
Scales, a seafood restaurant in Portland, Maine, was the third regional restaurant to gain recognition. It also checked in with a 4.5-star rating.
Other notable cities that had restaurants land on the list include Austin, Chicago, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Miami, and Las Vegas.
