Police said it happened inside an apartment on Wildwood Street around 4:45 p.m. The teenagers were rushed to the hospital, where they later died.
Boston Police Superintendent-in-Chief Gregory Long said those victims were just 16 and 17 years old.
“Obviously Sunday was a violent day in Boston,” Long said in a press conference late Sunday night. “In the afternoon, we had two teenagers tragically shot and killed at 46 Wildwood Street in Dorchester. Now we’ve got another senseless act of violence that’s left an 18-year-old in critical condition.”
Police have not made any arrests in either shooting. They’re asking anyone with information to call their homicide unit at 617-343-4470 or the tip line at 1-800-494-TIPS.
