FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — UPDATE: State Police said the suspect has been taken into custody after a standoff with Framingham and State Police in the roof of Slice of New York Pizza shop.

Police were initially called for a domestic incident on Whiting Road, but when they arrived the suspect allegedly fired at officers.
The suspect then fled to a neighboring shopping plaza at 847 Edgell Rd. where he made his way onto the roof while armed with a long gun.
Framingham Police tell Boston 25 News that no officers were injured and the victim of the domestic incident is safe.
