Former Gov. Deval Patrick sells Milton home for $1.2M

MILTON, Mass. — Sounds like third time's the charm for former Mass. Governor Deval Patrick and his wife.

Their six-bedroom home in Milton has finally sold for a cool $1.2 million.

The Patricks bought the house in 1989 for $560,000.

The Globe reports the house was bought by a couple with a background in investing and market research.
