Dropkick Murphys threatened by neo-Nazi following NYC concert

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) – The Dropkick Murphys received a threat from a neo-Nazi after bassist/singer Ken Casey threw a fan giving a Nazi salute off the stage during a recent show.

Band management posted a photo on Twitter of an email they received Monday.

"(Expletive) Drop Kick Murphy's. You (expletive) interracial communist (expletive)," read the email.

The email warns the band to be careful in Australia.

"Be careful in Australia because there is plenty of neo Nazis in Australia that would love to kick your (expletive), watch out Zionists," read the email.

Casey reportedly shoved a fan giving a salute commonly associated with Nazi soldiers in World War II during a concert in New York City. The band had invited concertgoers on stage to participate in a medley of songs, including AC/DC's "TNT."

Then, Casey took back the microphone and shouted "Nazis are not (expletive) welcome at a Dropkick Murphys show!"
