Driver ejected from vehicle during violent crash on Route 3

HINGHAM, Mass. — A driver was rushed to a hospital early Wednesday morning after being ejected from a vehicle during a violent crash in Hingham.

The crash was reported on Route 3 north in the area of Exit 14.

Officials said the car went over a guard rail and crashed into the woods.

No other passengers were in the vehicle at the time of the crash.

The unidentified driver was taken to a hospital and there’s no word on their condition

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
