WATERTOWN, Mass. — The Middlesex District Attorney and Watertown Police are investigating the death of an infant.
On Thursday afternoon, Watertown Police were called to Watertown Street for an unresponsive infant. A 5-month-old baby girl was taken to Newton-Wellesley Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The medical examiner will determine a cause and manner of death.
The investigation is ongoing. No additional information was released.
