DA investigating woman's death in Tewksbury

TEWKSBURY, Mass. — Officials are investigating a woman's death in Tewksbury, according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and local police.

Investigators were seen at an apartment complex on Archstone Avenue until late Sunday night. The DA's office said the victim is an adult female and the medical examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.

Officials say there is no danger to the public.

The DA's office confirmed Monday morning that a suspect would be arraigned in Lowell District Court in connection with the death. Their name, along with the charges they're facing, has not yet been released. The DA's office said that due to "the statutory nature of the alleged offense, no further information is being released at this time."
