COHASSET, Mass. — Crews responded to the Cohasset Town Common after a car ended up in the water.
Cohasset police tweeted that units were at the Town Common Sunday afternoon for a car in the water. Police say an 83-year-old Plymouth man suffered a medical emergency while driving on Highland Avenue. He lost control of his car and ended up in Duck Pond.

The Annual Arts Festival was taking place on the common at that time and nearly 1,500 visitors were in the area. No one was injured during this accident.

Police say the incident is still under investigation and criminal charges are likely.
