DEDHAM, Mass. — Dedham police announced that its investigation into the circumstances surrounding a 17-year-old boy found unresponsive in a pool over the weekend will continue.
Emergency crews were called to 36 Netta Road around 12:30 a.m. Sunday to investigate reports of a possible drowning. When police arrived at the scene, they said bystanders were performing CPR on the unidentified teen.

First responders also began to render aid and he was then taken to a Boston hospital for treatment.

Police said a graduation party was taking place at the home at the time of the incident.
On Thursday police said that after an investigation, criminal complaint applications were submitted to Dedham District Court.
The misdemeanor charges that were submitted to court included furnishing alcohol to persons under 21 and reckless endangerment of a child.
The names of those where were charged nor the details of the investigation were released.
Police said the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
