The statue of the undefeated heavy weight champion is the world's largest statue ever built of an athlete.
"This is the proudest moment I've ever experienced for my father," Rocky Marciano, Jr. said on Sunday.
The World Boxing Counsel partnered up with the City of Brockton, which is Marciano's hometown, to make this all possible.
Many of Marciano's old friends, family members, and fellow fighters flew in to the city for the big day.
"He demonstrated another thing many people don't understand, but in the propaganda of custom and tradition and supremacy of inferiority, Rocky did not discriminate. He knocked out white and black alike," Don King said during his speech.
