Jonathan Levitt first spotted the black Volkswagen Beetle convertible on Tuesday.
“This toy car has a parking violation on it,” Levitt wrote. “SO BOSTON it hurts.”
Ryan noted the envelope was authentic, but she didn’t check whether a citation was inside.
