Boston City Council candidate clowns around in debut video

BOSTON — A candidate running for Boston City Council is having a little fun with the campaign.

Pat Payaso has been talking with voters while dressed as a clown!

Payaso posted this video to YouTube with some campaign promises.

Among other things, Payaso wants to add affordable housing, improve city schools and kiss the most babies.

If you're wondering what inspired the campaign, look no further than the name on the ballot. Payaso is the Spanish for clown.
