David Reppond posted the video of his infant son Leopold on Facebook. He said Leopold has been diagnosed with a rare disorder called Oculocutaneous Albinism. It affects the coloring of his skin, hair and eyes. Leopold has extremely impaired vision and has never been able to see the world clearly.
