LYNN, Mass. — The Boston FBI is asking for help locating an alleged leader of a violent Lynn street gang.
On June 15, Steven Touch was indicted for his involvement in a Billerica home invasion five years ago that led to a murder. He is facing charges of murder in the first degree, home invasion, attempt to commit armed robbery and two counts of conspiracy.
In July of 2012, Nancy Koegler was sleeping when a group of masked me with guns broke down her door. Her grandson Quintin went to confront them when he was shot in the back.
“These kids knew there was money here to get that's why they came,” Koehler said. “The blood and everything went through the floors, the floor boards right into the basement because he bled out so bad.”
The FBI said that Touch, also known as "Kevin Touch" "Fat Boy" and "C Sick," is the leader of the Young Bloods gang.
There has also been a warrant for his arrest since Jan. 10, following a failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of firearm without a license, possession of a large capacity feeding device, carrying a loaded firearm and defacing a serial number on a firearm. He's also wanted to another arrest warrant for unlawful flight to prosecution.

The FBI said Touch is considered armed and dangerous. He is 28 years old of Cambodian descent, with black hair, brown eyes and a goatee. He's 5-foot-7 and about 220 pounds.
He also has six tattoos, said the Boston FBI. The word "Blood" is tattooed on his right upper arm, the word "Mayhem" on his right neck, a baby footprint on his right neck, the letter "Y" with the word "Young" underneath his right inner forearm, the letter "B" with the word "Blood" underneath, on his left forearm, and the word "Touch" on his left hand.
He is a legal citizen and last lived at 108 Empire St. in Lynn.
Anyone with information leading to his arrest is asked to contact Boston FBI at 1-857-386-2000. Tips can also be electronically submitted at tips.fbi.gov. There is a reward of up to $10,000.
