LYNN, Mass. – An 18-year-old has been arrested for allegedly stabbing another teen outside Lynn English High School Tuesday night.
Johel Ramirez-Chaves of Lynn was arraigned Friday on charges of armed assault with intent to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

The stabbing occurred around 8 p.m. near the basketball courts behind the high school. Police searched the area but did not find a suspect that night.
According to police, the victim is recovering from his injuries.
