Glassdoor released a list of 11 jobs that make more than $100,000, and some of them may surprise you.
1. Special Agents
Median pay: $125,000
Qualifying candidates generally have a law enforcement background or military experience, along with a bachelor’s degree.
2. Airline pilot
Median pay: $134,000
Pilots have to hold a pilot license and most airline prefer to hire someone with a bachelor's degree or those who have served in the military.
3. Regional Sales Executive
Median pay: $103,500
A college degree is not always necessary, but stellar communication skills is a must.
4. Nurse Practitioner
Median Pay: $101,600
At least a master's degree is required.
5. Reservoir Engineer
Median pay: $143,000
Professional needs a chemical engineering degree plus field experience
6. Dentist
Along with a undergraduate degree, dentists need a doctoral degree in dental surgery.
7. Equity Research Associate
Median pay: $100,000
Candidates need a bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a similar field.
