BROCKTON, Mass. — One person is dead after a shooting at a Brockton condo complex.
The shooting happened overnight at the Madrid Square Condominiums. One person was found dead at the scene.
Jamari Leblanc, 31, was killed shortly after midnight in Madrid Square, according to the Plymouth Country District Attorney’s Office.
The other man shot overnight was rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton but was not believed to have life-threatening injuries, officials reported.
According to the DA’s office, the shooting was targeted. The second victim has not yet been identified publicly.
No additional information was immediately available.
