MANCHESTER, NH — Police in Manchester are investigating a pedestrian crash that killed one and injured another

On June 7th, 2023 at approximately 9:34 p.m. Manchester Police responded to the area of Pine St and Merrimack Streets for reports of a motor vehicle crash.

Upon arrival, officers observed the crash involving two motor vehicles and two pedestrians. One vehicle was a black Honda Civic driven by a 28-year-old female from Manchester, NH who did not sustain any injuries.

The driver of the second vehicle a white GMC pickup truck was a 30-year-old male from Manchester, NH who also did not sustain any injuries.

According to police, the pedestrians involved were a 47-year-old male who was pronounced deceased on the scene.

A 34-year-old female was also involved and sustained minor injuries as a result of this crash.

The deceased’s name has not been released awaiting next of kin notification.

The driver of the Honda Civic, Hillary Dentremont was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
