BOSTON — Delta is planning a big expansion at Logan Airport.
The company has announced plans to add new flights to four U.S. airports in 2019, and retake all of Terminal A.
Starting in September, the airline will add flights to Chicago, Newark, Washington D.C. and Cleveland.
The move will also force Southwest to move from terminal A to B.
By the time the move is complete, Delta will have 144 daily flights out of Logan.
It would make it the airport's second busiest airline, behind JetBlue.
