CHELSEA, Mass. — A tractor-trailer crash in Chelsea littered Route 1 with trash Wednesday afternoon.
Sky 25 was over the scene where a semi flipped on its side in the northbound lanes and scattered its load across the highway.
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation said the right travel lane was closed, along with the northbound ramp to Revere Beach Parkway.
Just before 5 p.m., MassDOT tweeted the debris was cleared and all lanes and the ramp are open.
