BOSTON — The search for a missing 6-year-old boy in Brighton has ended after the child was found hiding in his house on Fidelis Way, the boy’s grandmother confirmed to Boston 25 News.
JUST IN - 6yo’s grandmother tells @boston25 the child has been located and was hiding in the house. This is after Gianni Gonzalez was reported missing around 5pm in Brighton. She says he is safe.

Police were initially searching for Gianni Gonzalez after they were informed he had gone missing near 5 p.m. on Saturday. Police say he had last been seen wearing a dark blue coat and gray sweatpants along with black and navy blue Nike sneakers.
Anyone who had any information on Gonzalez’s whereabouts was asked to call 911.
